Can you move the video of you and Radhika evaluating so that it is in the same post as this? It might be nice as it'd allow people to read your evaluation and play the video as a sort of director's commentary to your evaluation if they wished without hav ing to scroll around a lot. Just an idea. feel free to discount it is pointless micromanagement.
